Let's connect your Shopify store.
Collaborator access lets us prepare your product listings without sharing your password. Here's how to get everything ready.
1. Find your collaborator request code
Log in to your Shopify admin. Go to Settings → Users → Security and find the Collaborators section. Copy your collaborator request code.
2. Share your store details
Return to your project intake form and enter your Shopify store address and collaborator request code. Use your store's .myshopify.com address if available.
Sharing your code allows us to request access; it does not grant access automatically.

After reviewing your order, we'll send a collaborator request through Shopify. We'll request the permissions needed to complete your product listing order.
4. Review and approve
In your Shopify admin, go to Settings → Users and open the collaborator request. Review the requested permissions and approve the request from our business.
Please don't send your Shopify password or two-step verification codes. Your delivery timeline begins once we have your complete product materials and approved store access.
