Everything we need fits in one email. We work from the facts you provide — we don't photograph products, source photos, or fill in missing details ourselves.

Yes. You provide the finished product images and tell us which image goes with each product or variant.
Do you need access to my Shopify store?
Yes, for listing creation. We'll walk you through Shopify collaborator access. We never ask for your password.
Will the listings go live right away?
No. We prepare everything as drafts so you can review before anything is published.
When does the delivery timeline begin?
After your order passes project review and we have payment, complete product information, images, and the access we need.
Can I request changes?
Yes. One consolidated revision round is included with every order.
